Hi, I'm Alex, the artist behind Painted By Nurgle. I've been passionate about miniature painting since I was a child, drawn to the creativity and storytelling that painting miniatures allows. Based in the United Kingdom, I've spent years developing my skills and exploring different techniques, always striving to improve and share the hobby with others.

A few years ago, I quit my job on a whim and unexpectedly fell into the amazing world of commission miniature painting. What started as a personal passion quickly became a full-time pursuit, allowing me to turn my hobby into a rewarding career where I can help others bring their miniatures to life.

Miniature painting has always been a personal and rewarding part of my life. From Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar to custom RPG figures, I love the process of bringing miniatures to life with color, texture, and detail. Whether painting for gameplay or display, I find joy in capturing the unique personality of each model.

I also enjoy the creative freedom of kitbashing and converting models, finding inspiration in blending parts to create unique figures. Sharing this passion with others has been incredibly rewarding, whether it's through painting commissions, collaborating on projects, or just discussing the hobby.

For me, miniature painting is more than just a service; it's about community, creativity, and sharing the joy of the hobby. I’m always open to chat about projects, techniques, or just share ideas with fellow hobbyists.
